1. AGREEMENT
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

2. WHO WE ARE

3. PRODUCTS
We sell aftermarket replacement parts for commercial vehicle transmissions. Our products are NOT manufactured by, sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Volvo, Mack, Renault Trucks, Daimler, Detroit Diesel, Mercedes-Benz, ZF, or any other original equipment manufacturer. All OEM part numbers, brand names, and model designations appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for reference and identification purposes to indicate the applications for which our parts are intended.

4. FITMENT AND APPLICATION
OEM reference numbers, cross-references, and application information are provided as a convenience and guide only. We do not warrant that any part will fit or perform correctly in any specific vehicle or application. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify part compatibility before purchase and before installation. If you are uncertain, contact us before ordering.

5. INSTALLATION AND PROFESSIONAL USE
All parts sold on this site are intended for installation by qualified, trained professionals using proper tools, procedures, and torque specifications. Improper installation may cause part failure, property damage, personal injury, or death. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from improper installation, misapplication, or use of our parts.

6. LIMITED WARRANTY
We warrant that parts will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, when properly installed and used in the application for which they are intended. This warranty is limited to replacement of the defective part or refund of the purchase price, at our sole discretion.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Parts that have been improperly installed, modified, machined, or misapplied
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, contaminated fluid, or lack of maintenance
- Parts used in racing, off-road competition, or applications other than intended
- Any labor, towing, downtime, rental, or diagnostic costs
- Consequential or incidental damages of any kind

7. DISCLAIMER OF OTHER WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR THIS SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, VEHICLE DOWNTIME, TOWING, RENTAL COSTS, OR LABOR COSTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

10. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we ship the product. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or refuse service to anyone.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, excluding third-party trademarks used for reference, is the property of Atlas Trade Solutions LLC.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois.

13. CHANGES
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
