Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our Illinois location.

Processing Time
Orders placed before [2:00 PM CST] on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

Some items ship directly from our manufacturing partner. These carry a longer lead time, shown on the product page.

Transit time begins after processing, not at checkout.

Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Heavy Items
Shafts, housings, and complete assemblies exceed standard parcel limits and may ship by freight. If your order requires freight, we contact you with a quote before shipping.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Address Accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is in transit, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments
Inspect your shipment on arrival. Report visible damage within [48 hours] of delivery to sales@atlasway.net with photographs of the packaging and the part. Claims filed later may not be accepted by the carrier.
