SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING ORIGIN AND TRANSIT TIME
Parts are shipped directly from our manufacturing partner's facility in Turkey. Estimated delivery is 4-8 business days from the date of shipment. Transit times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs inspection, carrier backlog, weather, or events outside our control may extend delivery times.

SHIPPING RATES
- Orders of $199.99 or more: FREE shipping
- Orders under $199.99: $19.99 flat rate

DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS
For shipments valued under the applicable U.S. de minimis threshold, no import duties are typically assessed. For higher-value shipments, any applicable duties, tariffs, or customs fees are the responsibility of AtlasWay Truck Parts unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at the number or email below.

DELIVERY ISSUES
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, do not discard the packaging. Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a carrier claim.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipment due to an incorrect address will be billed at standard rates.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
