These Terms govern your use of the SkinAge app provided by Atlas Chicago LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.

1. Entertainment only — not medical advice

SkinAge provides an AI-estimated "skin age" and cosmetic scores for entertainment and general information only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional for skin or health concerns.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the app. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the photos you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit them.

3. Subscriptions, free trial & auto-renewal

  • SkinAge Plus is an auto-renewing subscription and may include a free trial.
  • After any free trial, the subscription automatically renews at the price shown at purchase unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation and at each renewal.
  • Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests for Apple purchases are handled by Apple.

4. Skincare kit & physical products

Physical skincare kits, where offered, are sold and shipped separately from app subscriptions and are not processed through the App Store. Products are cosmetic and not medical treatments. Patch-test and introduce active ingredients gradually.

5. Acceptable use

Submit only selfies of yourself or a person who has consented. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or other people's images without permission. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of any estimate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Chicago LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes & contact
